We pulled out the watercolors this morning. H loves to cover paper completely with color and wet on wet water color easily satisfies this urge.
We usually start out with only one color paint, today we started with red.
45 minutes and three red painting latter we broke out the yellow:
I try to limit my involvement when he’s painting, so I turned on some music, did the dishes, and restricted myself to asking if he needed more paper. He was very excited with the results and proceeded to paint another three paintings. Good thing we just got a new schoolfolio or I don’t know where we’d put all of these.
