Hi! Don’t know you, but I love all your art projects! I also really like your pictures. I’m just now starting to take an interest in photography and am thinking about getting an SLR. I’m just not sure if I’m ready for it, though.
Anyway, just wanted to say nice blog from a fellow S. Louisiana gal. Was it On the Border you ate at? If it was, then you MUST try Ninfa’s the next time you’re in the Rouge. It’s one of my favorites.
Yep it was On the Border, I’ll have to look for Ninfa’s when we’re out that way again.
I get a lot of use out of both my little pocket camera and my SLR. There is a bit of a learning curve with an SLR, but you can always fall back onto fully automatic mode if you’re feeling intimidated. Leave the flash off. That’s the best piece of advice anyone every gave me.
